“We offer all the services any client expects from a highly qualified investment consultant, but more importantly, we take the time to listen, understand, and explain our approach. Our clients know we are acting in their best interests because they know we understand what “best interests” means to them.”

As CEO and Co-Founder of Lexington Wealth Management, I am committed to offering clients a unique approach to wealth management by personally engaging with them and taking a holistic view of their needs. My 25 years of experience as a CPA, an entrepreneur, and a devoted and involved family man give me the personal insight to know how wealth can impact people, and what kind of service will bring the most value.

After several years of experience as an accountant at Deloitte & Touche and Digital Equipment Corporation, I founded the CPA firm of Tucci & Roselli. I worked primarily with institutional clients. This revealed to me the difficulties that many Boards encounter while trying to obtain competent, independent investment advice. This inspired me to attend the CIMA (Certified Investment Management Analyst) program at The Wharton School and, to co-found Lexington Wealth Management in 2000.

Since that time, I have put client advocacy at the core of my firm’s approach, striving to bring together the “heart” of my client’s goals with the “head” of sound investment strategy. We have established a team of talented professionals who together offer creative, well rounded, and independent financial solutions that fit the needs of each client.

My belief in understanding the full picture and keeping personal interactions at the heart of the decision-making process extends to my involvement in a number of associations. I am a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, the Investment Management Consulting Association, The Boston Estate Planning Council, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, I donated several years of time and expertise as Treasurer for the Lexington Chamber of Commerce.

I am a strong believer in family and tackle both my professional and personal lives with equal zeal. I take pride in my community involvement and have served as assistant commissioner of the AAA Winchester Little League, coach Little League teams, and basketball teams, and take every opportunity to work with kids. I especially enjoy helping kids understand the importance of team dynamics and lessons that can be learned through sports.

Mike graduated from Bentley College with a BS in Business and an MBA with a Finance concentration and is a CPA. He frequently shares his insights at speaking engagements and with media such as BusinessWeek, The Los Angeles Times, The Boston Globe, and other outlets.
